PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue: Fundamental logic mismatch between team-name resolution (Polymarket) and binary win detection (Kalshi)Hero tip: Do not hedge positions across these platforms. Polymarket requires specific team outcome while Kalshi treats any win as same resolution state. Use Polymarket for team-specific bets and Kalshi only for generic win detection.

Critical divergence points:

  • Polymarket: Resolves to specific team names (LG Twins or Hanwha Eagles) with 50-50 split for ties/cancellations. Key quote: this market will resolve 50-50 if game is canceled or ends in tie
  • Kalshi: Binary Yes resolution for any team win. Key quote: resolves to Yes if LG Twins wins OR if Hanwha Eagles wins the game
Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.
