If both teams score an equal number of runs, the 'Tie 9th inning' market resolves to Yes. Should the game be called before the 9th inning is fully completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. The resolution depends exclusively on 9th-inning performance, regardless of whether the home team bats in the bottom of the inning, unless the inning is incomplete due to an early game cancellation.
