Description

This set of markets evaluates how many runs will be scored by both Kansas City and Los Angeles A teams within the first five innings of their scheduled baseball game. Each market corresponds to a different threshold of total runs, allowing participants to assess the likelihood of various scoring levels in the early part of the game.

Kalshi

The markets resolve based on whether the combined total runs scored by both Kansas City and Los Angeles A exceed specified thresholds (0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, or 6.5 runs) during the first five innings of the game scheduled for August 16, 2026. If the game is postponed or delayed, all markets remain open and will close after the completion of the rescheduled game, provided the rescheduled date occurs within two days of the original date. The outcome for each market is determined solely by whether the actual run total meets or exceeds its respective threshold within the first five innings, with no additional adjustments for extra innings or other game modifications.
