This market focuses on determining which team will score more runs in the first inning of an upcoming baseball game. It captures the early momentum and offensive performance of the teams within the very first inning of play. The outcome depends solely on the runs scored during that specific inning, without considering the rest of the game.
The market resolves based on which team scores more runs in the first inning of the specified Kansas City vs. Boston baseball game. If Kansas City scores more runs in the first inning, the 'Kansas City wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. If Boston scores more runs in the first inning, the 'Boston wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. If neither team scores more runs—meaning the inning ends in a tie—the 'Tie 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. In all cases, only runs scored during the first inning count, and if the game is called before the first inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price.
