Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one are driven by traders risking real capital on their beliefs about the true probability. Sportsbooks typically offer three-way outcomes (win, draw, loss) or totals, whereas this market isolates exact scores, giving it a narrower but more specific focus. Comparing the two can reveal where professional oddsmakers and decentralized traders disagree on match likelihood, though each serves a different purpose.
On Polymarket, traders set prices through an automated market maker and order-book mechanism, where each exact-score outcome is a separate contract. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of any given scoreline reflects the cumulative bets placed on it; if many traders believe KÍ will win 3-0, that contract's price rises, and vice versa. Liquidity and trading volume influence how quickly prices adjust to new information. You can see the current odds for the top outcomes and place limit or market orders to buy or sell shares at your chosen price point.
This market resolves around Jul 7, 2026, once the KÍ versus FC Atert Bissen match concludes and the final score is verified against credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the exact number of goals each team scores during regulation time. All winning shares—those matching the actual final scoreline—are redeemed at full value, while all other exact-score contracts expire worthless. Resolution typically occurs within hours of the final whistle, pending confirmation from official match records.
Team news such as injuries to key players, lineup announcements, or tactical shifts can significantly alter the probability of specific scorelines. Recent form, head-to-head history, and league standings provide context for how traders reassess the likelihood of high-scoring versus low-scoring outcomes. Weather conditions, venue factors, and any pre-match controversies may also influence trading activity. As the match date approaches, late-breaking developments—roster changes, referee assignments, or betting-market activity on related markets—often trigger repricing. Trading volume typically spikes in the final hours before kickoff as bettors finalize positions.
