This group of markets focuses on predicting the exact final score of the UEFA Women's Champions League match between Juventus FC and SC União Torreense scheduled for August 5, 2026. The markets cover various possible scorelines and also include an 'Any Other Score' outcome for scenarios not explicitly listed.
In the upcoming UEFA Women's Champions League game between Juventus FC and SC União Torreense, scheduled for August 5, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Juventus FC vs. SC União Torreense match originally scheduled for August 5, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
The event consists of multiple markets, each evaluating whether the total goals scored in the Juventus vs Torreense professional Champions League Women's soccer match, originally scheduled for August 5, 2026, exceed specific thresholds (0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5 goals) during regulation time—this includes the 90 minutes of play plus any stoppage time, but explicitly excludes extra time and penalty shootouts. For any market, if the cumulative goals meet or surpass the stated threshold within regulation time, that market resolves to 'Yes.' Each market operates independently, allowing participants to assess the likelihood of different scoring levels. All markets are explicitly unaffiliated with the governing league, and any trademarks or branding referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
On Polymarket, this market reflects crowd wisdom through continuous trading, often pricing in nuances like lineup changes or weather earlier than traditional sportsbooks. The gap can be notable — for example, prediction markets may imply a narrower win margin or different scoring probability than standard bookmaker lines. This difference arises because traders can react instantly to new information, while sportsbooks adjust less frequently.
On Polymarket and Kalshi, pricing can vary due to user base differences, liquidity concentration, and fee structures influencing participation patterns. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For instance, one venue might attract more European fans who favor a specific scoreline, while global traders on another platform could balance outcomes differently. These dynamics lead to divergent implied probabilities even for the same underlying match.
Injuries to key players, weather warnings, or tactical announcements can all shift this market. A star striker being ruled out might lower probabilities for higher-scoring outcomes, while rain forecasts could suppress goal expectations. Even early betting trends on other platforms can create momentum, as traders react to perceived advantages or risks before the whistle blows.
