All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Often, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, ensuring a profit margin, while this market allows traders to directly assess probabilities. Discrepancies can arise from differing information sources, varying levels of expertise among participants, or simply market inefficiencies. If you find a significant difference between the implied probability on Polymarket and the odds offered by a sportsbook, it could signal an opportunity for informed traders.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market's collective belief about the probability of that score occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust accordingly, providing a dynamic and real-time assessment of the potential outcome. The market's efficiency depends on the volume of trading and the quality of information available to participants.
This market resolves around Sep 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the Jaguares de Córdoba FC versus Alianza FC match will be used to determine the winning share(s). The resolution process relies on publicly available and independently verifiable data to ensure accuracy and transparency. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final, confirmed result.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in coaching staff, or even weather conditions could shift expectations and impact the odds. Unexpected results in previous matches, or even rumors about player morale, could also play a role. Furthermore, significant betting activity – a large influx of volume – could itself move the market, as traders react to perceived information or momentum. Monitoring these signals can help you understand potential shifts in the market's sentiment.
