Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to the decentralized nature of trading. While sportsbooks may set fixed odds based on analytical models, prediction markets let traders bet directly on their beliefs, which can lead to sharper or more volatile pricing. Traders should compare both sources to spot potential value, as prediction markets may price in new information faster.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now.
