On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders collectively set the odds by placing bets, which determines the implied probability for each possible outcome. The current top outcome reflects the aggregate sentiment of participants, adjusted for available liquidity and recent trading activity. As new information emerges — such as player injuries or weather updates — these odds can shift rapidly based on how market users interpret and react to those developments.
This market resolves around Aug 23, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result is determined by the official match conclusion, and the platform will update the market status accordingly. Traders can track any last-minute changes leading up to that point, but the final determination hinges solely on the match’s documented result.
Injuries, changes to the match schedule, or significant performance updates — such as recent tournament results — could shift this market as the event nears. Media coverage, expert commentary, and even betting trends on Polymarket may also influence trader sentiment. Any new information that alters perceptions of the competitors’ relative strengths has the potential to move odds dramatically in the days leading up to Aug 23, 2026.
