Key catalysts for price movement include recent head-to-head records, current ranking and form, injury reports, and surface preference (hard court at Sumter). Court conditions, weather, and draw positioning can shift trader expectations. News about either player's fitness, coaching changes, or recent tournament results will likely trigger repricing on Polymarket. As match day approaches, late-breaking information—such as warm-up match outcomes or player statements—often drives final odds adjustments. Live trading during the match itself can also create volatility if one player establishes early dominance or faces unexpected challenges.
