On Polymarket, this market reflects trader sentiment rather than traditional sportsbook lines. Prediction market odds adjust continuously based on real-time trading activity, allowing for more granular shifts in probability. Sportsbook odds, by contrast, often incorporate broader market factors and may lag behind rapid changes in trader sentiment. The difference can be notable, especially as new information emerges closer to the match date. This dynamic pricing model on Polymarket provides a unique perspective compared to conventional sports betting platforms.
