On Polymarket, this market reflects trader sentiment rather than traditional sportsbook lines. Prediction market odds often diverge from sportsbook odds due to different participant motivations and information sources. Traders in this market may price in nuanced factors like recent form or playing conditions that sportsbooks might not fully incorporate. The resulting probabilities can therefore appear more volatile or reflect deeper market insights than standard sportsbook lines. This difference allows participants to exploit gaps between betting market expectations and trader assessments.
