On Polymarket, this market reflects trader sentiment rather than traditional sportsbook lines. Prediction market odds often diverge because they incorporate real-time betting activity and can shift more rapidly with new information. Unlike sportsbooks, which may hold back a portion of bets as profit, prediction markets typically offer full payout to winning traders. This difference means the implied probability in this market can appear more volatile or reflective of sharp money compared to sportsbook odds, which are often more conservative and designed to balance action on both sides.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders submit bids and asks that determine the current implied probability. The top outcome’s chance reflects the inverse of its best ask price, and market depth shows how much volume is available at each price level, influencing how quickly orders fill and how prices adjust.
This market resolves around Aug 24, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result is determined by the official match outcome, which is then automatically matched against the market’s defined payouts, ensuring a clear and transparent resolution process.
