Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect the collective wisdom of informed traders rather than set bookmaker margins. While sportsbooks may incorporate broader public sentiment and fixed odds, this market prices in real time based on trader activity, potentially offering sharper or more nuanced insights into the contest.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders continuously submit bids and asks that determine the current implied probability for each outcome. The top chance displayed reflects the best available price at any moment, driven purely by user activity and order book depth. This decentralized pricing mechanism allows rapid adjustments as new information emerges.
This market resolves around Aug 26, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result is determined by the official match conclusion, and the platform will finalize the market based on that verified data.
