Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to trader-driven dynamics and lower liquidity. While sportsbooks may set lines based on broader analytics and public betting patterns, prediction markets let participants bet directly on outcomes, sometimes producing sharper or more volatile prices. Traders watch both sources for discrepancies, but this market reflects the collective wisdom of its participants rather than institutional odds.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders manually set prices through buying and selling shares, creating a dynamic market price that reflects their expectations for the match.
