Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to trader-driven pricing and the inclusion of betting liquidity constraints. While sportsbooks may set their odds based on analytical models and risk management, prediction markets let participants bet directly on outcomes, which can lead to sharper or more volatile prices. Traders on Polymarket set prices through their bets, capturing collective wisdom and real-time information that isn’t always reflected in sportsbook offerings.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this market is priced through continuous trading where users buy and sell contracts representing possible outcomes. The current top outcome chance displayed reflects the aggregated bets placed so far.
