Prediction market odds often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect crowd-sourced trader sentiment rather than set bookmaker probabilities. In this market, the implied chances derived from trader activity may appear more volatile or skewed compared to sportsbook odds, especially as new information emerges about player form or weather conditions.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders collectively set the price through buying and selling shares of possible outcomes. The current odds reflect the ratio of shares sold for each outcome to the total trading volume. As bets are placed, these odds shift based on trader confidence and volume of $665.
This market resolves around Aug 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result is determined by the official match conclusion, and the platform will update the market status accordingly based on that verified data.
