Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to the decentralized nature of trading. While sportsbooks may set their lines based on analytical models and risk management, prediction markets let participants bet directly on their beliefs, which can lead to sharper or more volatile pricing. Traders on Polymarket set prices through their activity, so the odds here can reflect real-time sentiment and may diverge from sportsbook offerings, especially as new information emerges about player form or conditions.
