Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to the decentralized nature of trader-driven pricing. While sportsbooks may set their lines based on analytical models and historical data, prediction markets reflect the aggregated beliefs of participants, which can lead to sharper or more volatile pricing depending on recent performance, injuries, or other emerging factors.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now.
