Prediction market odds often reflect a different set of information and incentives than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks typically incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while this market allows traders to directly bet against each other. This can lead to differences in implied probabilities, especially as new information emerges. It’s common to see prediction markets react more quickly to breaking news or changes in perceived advantage, offering a potentially more up-to-date assessment of the likely outcome compared to initial sportsbook offerings. Examining both can provide a more comprehensive view.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders participate and express their views, the prices adjust to reflect the collective wisdom of the crowd. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Price movements are driven by supply and demand; if many traders believe a particular fighter will win, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the most current expectations.

This market resolves around Sep 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Istanbul 3 fight, as declared by the relevant sporting authorities.
