Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and risk management, while this market aggregates the beliefs of many individual traders. If a significant discrepancy exists between prediction market probabilities and sportsbook odds, it could indicate that the market identifies information not yet fully priced into the sportsbook lines. However, it’s important to remember that both represent probabilities of an outcome, and neither is guaranteed to be accurate.
