Prediction market odds on Polymarket often diverge from traditional sportsbook odds because they reflect decentralized participant sentiment rather than bookmaker margins and risk management. Sportsbooks adjust lines to balance liability; prediction markets price outcomes based on collective trader conviction. For this exact-score market, prediction odds may be sharper or slower to react than sportsbooks depending on information flow and liquidity. Comparing Polymarket prices to major sportsbooks can reveal whether the crowd is more or less confident in specific scorelines than professional oddsmakers.
The market resolves on Jun 14, 2026, after the final whistle of the IR Tanger versus US Yacoub El Mansour match. Resolution is determined by the official final scoreline recorded by the match authorities. The exact-score outcome that matches the final result will be marked correct; all other scoreline contracts resolve to zero value. Early or abandoned matches may trigger alternative resolution rules, but under normal circumstances the market settles based solely on the official match result.
Key catalysts include team lineup announcements, injury updates to star players, recent form and head-to-head history, weather conditions on match day, and any late news affecting either squad's tactical approach. Betting volume surges and sharp money flowing into specific scorelines can also shift odds. As the match approaches, odds typically tighten around the most probable outcomes. During the match itself, early goals, red cards, or tactical shifts will cause rapid repricing. Pre-match press conferences and official team sheets often trigger significant moves in exact-score probabilities on Polymarket.
