This event group covers the exact final score of the Inter Miami CF vs. Atlético San Luis match in the Leagues Cup, scheduled for August 5, 2026. The markets resolve based on the official match result after 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalty shoot-outs.
In the upcoming Leagues Cup game between Inter Miami CF and Atlético San Luis, scheduled for August 5, 2026 at 7:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Inter Miami CF vs. Atlético San Luis match originally scheduled for August 5, 2026 at 7:30 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
The markets evaluate whether Miami or San Luis will exceed specified goal thresholds in their Leagues Cup match scheduled for August 5, 2026. Each market resolves based on the total goals scored by the respective team after 90 minutes of regular play plus any stoppage time, but explicitly excludes goals scored during extra time or penalty shootouts. For all markets, own goals are counted toward the team to which they are awarded. The thresholds for resolution are set at 0.5, 1.5, and 2.5 goals for each team, meaning that scoring 1 goal resolves the 0.5 threshold market as 'Yes,' scoring 2 goals resolves both the 0.5 and 1.5 threshold markets as 'Yes,' and scoring 3 or more goals resolves all three threshold markets as 'Yes.' If a team fails to meet the specified threshold, the corresponding market resolves as 'No.' The outcome is determined exclusively by the official match result as recorded by the competent soccer authority, with no consideration given to disputed calls or later amendments to the official score.
Prediction market odds on this market often reflect sharper, community-driven insights compared to traditional sportsbook lines, which may include broader adjustments for risk and liquidity. While sportsbooks set fixed odds based on broader analytics, prediction markets let participants bet directly on specific outcomes, sometimes revealing tighter ranges or different favorites. The gap can also shift if new information emerges, such as player injuries or weather updates.
On Polymarket and Kalshi, prices can vary due to differences in user base, liquidity, and market design. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For example, one platform might attract more local fans, skewing its probabilities, while the other could reflect international traders. Additionally, each venue may have distinct fee structures or listing rules that influence how users place bets, leading to divergent implied chances for the same match outcome.
Injuries to key players, weather conditions, or strategic changes by coaches can all shift this market. High-profile media coverage or shifting betting trends may also influence probabilities. As the match nears, any last-minute news — such as lineup announcements or tactical updates — is likely to cause rapid adjustments in implied chances across platforms.
