In the upcoming Copa Libertadores game between Independiente del Valle and CR Flamengo, scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 8:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Independiente del Valle vs. CR Flamengo match originally scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 8:30 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
The event resolves based on the full-time result of the Ind. del Valle vs Macara professional Ecuador LigaPro soccer match scheduled for September 6, 2026, after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. A 'Yes' outcome resolves for the specific market if the corresponding team wins, or if the match ends in a tie for the Tie market. If the match is cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, all markets will resolve to a fair price. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded from the resolution criteria.
Prediction market odds on this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect a weighted average of all participant bets, rather than a single operator’s adjustment. While sportsbooks may set a favored scoreline based on historical data and margins, decentralized markets let traders fine-tune probabilities on every outcome. This can create wider spreads or unexpected favorites, especially when sharp players identify value not captured in standard betting odds.
On Polymarket and Kalshi, pricing can vary due to differences in user bases, available liquidity, and market design. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For instance, one venue might attract more local fans, skewing its odds toward a favored team. Trading volume also plays a role—lower volume can amplify price swings from single bets. Additionally, each platform sets its own fee structure, which influences how traders place orders and thus the quoted probabilities. These factors combined often create divergence in the exact score lines offered.
