This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Rwanda and Sierra Leone scheduled for September 10 2026 at 7:30 AM ET in ILT20 Continent Cup. The outcome corresponding to Rwanda will be considered correct if Rwanda is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Sierra Leone will be considered correct if Sierra Leone is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

Often, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. While sportsbooks incorporate a ‘vig’ or commission into their odds, prediction markets allow traders to directly bet against each other, theoretically leading to more efficient price discovery. However, it's common to see discrepancies due to differing information, risk assessments, and the types of participants involved. Sportsbooks may be influenced by public betting patterns, whereas this market is driven by informed traders seeking to capitalize on perceived mispricings.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of a particular outcome. The price of these shares directly reflects the implied probability, and fluctuates based on supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe an outcome is likely, the higher the share price will climb, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust expectations as the event approaches.
This market resolves around Sep 17, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the toss in the ILT20 Continent Cup match between Rwanda and Sierra Leone. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to determine which outcome—Rwanda or Sierra Leone winning the toss—was the actual result. This ensures a transparent and objective determination of the market’s outcome.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market. Any news regarding the playing conditions, potential weather impacts, or even the form of the captains making the toss could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about team lineups or changes to the match schedule might also cause fluctuations. Furthermore, broader public opinion and any associated media coverage surrounding the ILT20 Continent Cup could also contribute to shifts in the odds as traders adjust their positions.
