This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Kenya and Rwanda scheduled for September 9 2026 at 7:30 AM ET in ILT20 Continent Cup. The outcome corresponding to Kenya will be considered correct if Kenya is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Rwanda will be considered correct if Rwanda is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, often proving more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks may incorporate biases or seek to profit from public perception, while this market aggregates information from individuals with varying levels of expertise. However, discrepancies can occur, especially early in the market's lifecycle or when significant news breaks. It's important to compare the implied probabilities from both sources to identify potential value and inform your decision-making process.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and the implied probability rises. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price is determined solely by supply and demand among traders on Polymarket, creating a dynamic and real-time assessment of the likely toss result.
This market resolves around Sep 16, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the officially declared winner of the toss in the ILT20 Continent Cup match between Kenya and Rwanda. It’s important to note that the platform relies on publicly available information to determine the result, ensuring transparency and objectivity. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings or adjust their strategies based on the final result.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market. Any news regarding team conditions, potential changes in playing conditions, or even expert analysis predicting a team's advantage in the toss could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected weather forecasts impacting the match could also play a role, as could any pre-match commentary suggesting a strategic preference for winning the toss. Shifts in overall market volume, even without specific news, can also indicate changing expectations and drive price fluctuations in this market.
