Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds on Limitless often diverge from traditional sportsbooks because they reflect real-time trader sentiment rather than fixed bookmaker margins. Sportsbooks typically build in a 4–5% vig and adjust lines based on liability management, while prediction markets aggregate decentralized bets with minimal overhead. For a card-heavy match like Iceland vs. Argentina, prediction markets may price the outcome more efficiently if traders have superior match intelligence. Comparing Limitless odds to major sportsbooks reveals whether the crowd is more or less bullish on cards than professional oddsmakers, offering arbitrage or value opportunities.

On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Limitless, the Iceland and Argentina 4+ cards outcome is priced as a binary contract reflecting the probability traders assign to that result. The platform uses an automated market maker or order-book model to set the price, which moves as new trades flow in. Traders buy YES if they believe the match will see four or more cards, or NO if they expect fewer. The current price on Limitless represents the marginal trader's belief; as match details emerge—team lineups, referee assignments, or injury news—the price adjusts to reflect updated expectations about card distribution.

The market resolves on Jun 11, 2026, shortly after the final whistle of the Iceland vs. Argentina match. The outcome is determined by the total number of cards issued by the referee during the match, including yellows and reds. If four or more cards are shown in total, the YES outcome wins; if three or fewer, NO wins. Resolution is typically confirmed within hours of match completion once official records are published. Traders should monitor team news and referee tendencies in the days leading up to kickoff, as these factors significantly influence card expectations.

Key catalysts include team lineup announcements, particularly the availability of key players with disciplinary records or aggressive playing styles. Referee assignment can shift odds substantially, as different officials have varying card-issuance tendencies. Injury news affecting defensive stability may increase or decrease expected card counts. Pre-match analysis from sports media highlighting tactical intensity or historical head-to-head card patterns will influence trader positioning. Weather conditions closer to match day—rain or wind affecting play quality—can alter expectations. Late-breaking team news, such as suspensions or tactical shifts, often triggers sharp price moves as informed traders react before the broader market.
