Only runs scored during the 9th inning count, regardless of whether the home team bats in the bottom of the inning. If the game is called early before the 9th inning is completed, the market resolves to a Fair Price. The resolution is based solely on the runs scored in the 9th inning, even if the inning is incomplete due to an early game conclusion.
