If both teams score an equal number of runs, the 'Tie 9th inning' market resolves to Yes. Should the game be called before the 9th inning is fully completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. The resolution hinges purely on 9th-inning performance, even if the home team does not bat in the bottom of the inning, unless the inning is incomplete due to an early game cancellation.
