If Houston scores more runs in the second inning, the 'Houston wins 2nd inning' market resolves to Yes. If Seattle scores more runs in the same inning, the 'Seattle wins 2nd inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, or if no runs are scored by either team, the 'Tie 2nd inning' market resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the second inning count; any game interruption or early conclusion before the inning's completion results in a Fair Price resolution for all markets.
