Description

This event tracks the performance of two baseball teams over the first three innings of their scheduled game. It determines whether one team maintains a lead, the other team leads, or the game remains tied during this early segment. The outcome depends solely on the standings after the third inning, regardless of what happens later in the match.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on the results of the first three innings of the Houston vs San Diego professional baseball game scheduled for August 7, 2026. If Houston leads after the third inning, the 'Houston wins first 3 innings' market resolves to Yes, and the 'San Diego wins first 3 innings' and 'Tie' markets resolve to No. Conversely, if San Diego leads after the third inning, the 'San Diego wins first 3 innings' market resolves to Yes, and the other two markets resolve to No. If the score is tied after the third inning, the 'Tie' market resolves to Yes, and both team-specific markets resolve to No. Should the game be postponed or delayed, all markets remain open and will close after the rescheduled game concludes, provided it finishes within two days of the original date. The markets are independent of any official league affiliations and are strictly based on the standalone performance metric of the first three innings.
