The market resolves based on which team scores more runs during the 8th inning of the Houston vs New York Y professional baseball game scheduled for August 25, 2026. If Houston scores more runs in that inning, the 'Houston wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. If New York Y scores more runs, the 'New York Y wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, or if neither team scores any runs, the 'Tie 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the 8th inning count, and if the game is called before the inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. The outcome depends solely on the relative run-scoring performance of the two teams within that specific inning, with no consideration given to runs scored in any other inning or the overall game result.
