If Houston scores more runs in that inning, the 'Houston wins 5th inning' market resolves to Yes. If New York Y scores more runs, the 'New York Y wins 5th inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 5th inning' market resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the 5th inning count, and if the game is called before the inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price.
