The market evaluates the total runs scored by both teams in the fifth inning. If the game is called before the fifth inning ends, it resolves as a Fair Price. Only runs from the fifth inning are considered, and the market resolves based on these runs even if the home team doesn't bat in the bottom half, unless the inning is incomplete because the game was called early.
