The event tracks cumulative performance metrics for specific players in a baseball game between Houston and Los Angeles. Each market evaluates whether a designated player achieves a minimum threshold of combined hits, runs, and RBIs. Outcomes are determined solely by the players' statistical contributions during the game.
All markets resolve based on a player's total hits, runs, and RBIs in the specified game. If a player is scratched, not in the starting lineup, or records no plate appearances, the market resolves at fair market price. Pinch-hit at-bats are excluded from calculations. Markets are resolved only if the player appears in the starting lineup and records at least one plate appearance; otherwise, they resolve at fair market price. The governing league's official statistics will determine outcomes, and Kalshi disclaims any affiliation with the league. Each market has a distinct threshold (1+ through 5+) for the combined metric, with higher thresholds representing more challenging performance benchmarks.
