This market refers to the Honor of Kings match between Xianyou Gaming and Titan King's Legion in the KPL Growth League Group Stage, initially scheduled for July 6 at 6:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Xianyou Gaming" if Xianyou Gaming win the match against Titan King's Legion. This market will resolve to "Titan King's Legion" if Titan King's Legion win the match against Xianyou Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and manage risk, while prediction markets aggregate decentralized trader beliefs in real time. For this market, comparing Polymarket pricing to major esports betting venues can reveal whether professional oddsmakers or crowd wisdom is more bullish on the series extending to five games. Such gaps sometimes signal undervalued or overvalued outcomes worth investigating.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds through an automated market maker that adjusts prices based on buy and sell volume. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability for Games Total: O/U 4.5 reflects the aggregate confidence of all participants holding positions. As the match date nears, price discovery accelerates, and any new information about team form, roster changes, or meta shifts can trigger sharp repricing. Liquidity depth determines how large orders move the market.
This market resolves around Jul 6, 2026, once the best-of-five series concludes and the final game count is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by whether the total number of games played exceeds or falls short of 4.5. Resolution occurs after the event is officially confirmed, ensuring all traders have access to the same authoritative result before payouts are distributed.
Several catalysts can shift odds before the match begins and during play. Pre-match signals include roster announcements, injury reports, recent tournament results, and meta shifts in Honor of Kings strategy. During the series, each game outcome directly influences the probability of reaching five games, causing sharp repricing after every decisive result. Team momentum, coaching adjustments, and unexpected player performance can all trigger significant market movement as traders update their expectations in real time.
