If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one are driven by traders seeking to profit on accuracy. In many cases, prediction markets have proven more efficient at pricing uncertain events because participants have real money at stake and no house edge to overcome. Comparing this market's odds to major sportsbooks can reveal whether the crowd is pricing the outcome more bullishly or bearishly than professional oddsmakers.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader activity into real-time odds. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Shares in each outcome are bought and sold continuously, and the price of each share reflects the collective probability assigned by the market. As more traders back a particular result, that outcome's price rises, while competing outcomes adjust downward. This dynamic pricing mechanism ensures the market remains responsive to new information and trader sentiment throughout the lead-up to the match on Jul 13, 2026.

This market resolves around Jul 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution hinges on the final result of the match as officially recorded by the esports league and tournament organizers. Once the competition concludes and the winner is established, the market will settle in favor of the correct outcome. Traders holding winning shares will receive their payout, while losing positions expire worthless. The exact timing of settlement depends on how quickly official results are published and verified.

Several catalysts could shift odds before resolution. Team roster changes, player injuries, or last-minute substitutions announced before the match begins may trigger sharp repricing. Recent performance data, head-to-head records, and meta-game shifts in Honor of Kings can influence trader expectations. Pre-match commentary from analysts and community sentiment on social media often precedes volume spikes. During the match itself, early game momentum, objective control, and kill differentials will drive real-time price swings as traders update their win probability estimates. Any official league announcements or rule clarifications could also impact positioning.
