Description

This market will resolve to "Weibo Gaming" if Weibo Gaming win the match against Kuaishou Gaming. This market will resolve to "Kuaishou Gaming" if Kuaishou Gaming win the match against Weibo Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Frequently asked questions

On Polymarket, the dashboard for the Weibo Gaming vs Kuaishou Gaming match displays real-time odds and historical price movements across individual game outcomes within this best-of-five series. Traders can monitor how market prices shift as new information emerges—team roster updates, recent performance data, or live match developments. The interface shows current implied probabilities for each game winner, allowing participants to track sentiment and liquidity. Historical charts reveal how confidence in each team has evolved over time, helping traders identify momentum shifts and reassess their positions before the series concludes.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different pricing mechanisms. Sportsbooks set lines based on professional oddsmakers' analysis and profit margins, while prediction markets derive prices from real-time trader activity and collective forecasting. This market may show higher or lower implied probabilities than sportsbooks depending on where informed traders believe true value lies. Comparing the two can reveal arbitrage opportunities or signal where the broader betting public disagrees with professional consensus on this matchup's likely outcome.

On Polymarket, traders set prices through an automated market maker mechanism, where buying and selling pressure directly moves odds in real time. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each game outcome in the series trades as a separate contract, and the sum of all game probabilities reflects cumulative market conviction. Liquidity depth determines how sharply prices shift with each trade, so high-volume periods typically show tighter spreads. Participants can enter or exit positions continuously until the market closes, with prices converging toward the true outcome as the event approaches.

This market resolves around Jul 10, 2026, once the series concludes and results are verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome for each game contract is determined by which team wins that individual matchup within the best-of-five format. Traders holding positions on the correct game winner receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. Resolution typically occurs shortly after the final game is played and official results are confirmed.

Key catalysts include roster changes, player injuries, or substitutions announced before or during the series. Recent tournament performance, patch updates to the Honor of Kings game itself, and team coaching decisions can shift expectations significantly. Live match momentum—early game leads, team fight victories, or objective control—will drive intraday repricing as the series unfolds. Media analysis, expert predictions, and community sentiment on social platforms may also influence trader positioning. Any unexpected strategic shifts or performance surprises during individual games will trigger rapid market adjustments.
