This market will resolve to "WanZhen Esports Club" if WanZhen Esports Club win the match against JA Gaming. This market will resolve to "JA Gaming" if JA Gaming win the match against WanZhen Esports Club. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and extract margin, while prediction markets aggregate trader beliefs through continuous price discovery. For this market, prediction market participants may price in longer-term team form, roster changes, or meta shifts that sportsbooks adjust more slowly. Comparing the two can reveal where public sentiment on either platform undervalues or overvalues each team's chances in the series.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader buy and sell orders into real-time odds. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Prices move continuously as new information emerges—such as player availability, patch changes, or team performance updates—and traders adjust their positions accordingly. The top outcome currently reflects market consensus on the series result, with the price representing the implied probability that traders assign to each potential outcome.

This market resolves around Jul 11, 2026, once the best-of-five series concludes and the winner is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by which team wins the majority of games in the matchup within the KPL Growth League Group Stage. Resolution occurs after all games have been played and the final result is confirmed through official league sources or broadcast records.

Several factors could shift odds before the series begins. Roster announcements, player injuries, or last-minute substitutions can significantly alter perceived team strength. Patch updates or meta shifts in Honor of Kings may favor one team's playstyle over the other. Recent tournament results, head-to-head records, and team form in prior Group Stage matches provide concrete data that traders monitor closely. Coach statements, scrim results, or community sentiment can also trigger repricing as the event date approaches.
