This market refers to the Honor of Kings match between Titan King's Legion and WLT Esports Club in the KPL Growth League Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 28 at 1:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Titan King's Legion" if Titan King's Legion win the match against WLT Esports Club. This market will resolve to "WLT Esports Club" if WLT Esports Club win the match against Titan King's Legion. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set odds to balance liability and extract margin, while prediction markets like this one are driven by traders risking real capital on outcomes they believe are mispriced. Prediction markets can sometimes offer sharper, more efficient pricing because participants have direct financial exposure. However, sportsbooks may incorporate additional data from professional oddsmakers and sharp bettors. Comparing this market's odds to major sportsbooks can reveal whether the crowd on Polymarket is more bullish or bearish than the professional betting market on the same event.
On Polymarket, traders set prices through an automated market maker that adjusts odds based on buy and sell volume. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price reflects the aggregate belief of all active traders: a higher price means more confidence in that outcome, while a lower price signals skepticism. Each trade moves the odds incrementally, so large positions can shift the market noticeably. You can enter or exit at any time during trading hours, and your execution price depends on the current liquidity and order flow. This continuous pricing mechanism ensures the market stays responsive to new information about team strength, recent performance, and tournament dynamics.
This market resolves around Jun 28, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will reflect which team wins the best-of-five series in the KPL Growth League Group Stage. Resolution occurs after the final game is played and the official result is confirmed through established esports reporting channels. Until that point, the market remains open for trading, allowing you to adjust your position as the event approaches and new developments emerge.
Several factors could shift odds significantly before the match concludes. Recent tournament results, team roster announcements, or player substitutions can reshape expectations about competitive strength. In-game performance during earlier matches in the group stage may reveal new information about meta shifts or team synergy. Injury reports or unexpected roster changes could swing the market sharply. Public statements from coaches or analysts, streaming performance data, and betting patterns on related matches can all influence trader positioning. Major patches to Honor of Kings or shifts in the competitive meta might also impact how teams are perceived, causing repricing as the event date approaches.
