This market refers to the Honor of Kings match between Mighty Tiger Gaming and Titan King's Legion in the KPL Growth League Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 30 at 8:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Mighty Tiger Gaming" if Mighty Tiger Gaming win the match against Titan King's Legion. This market will resolve to "Titan King's Legion" if Titan King's Legion win the match against Mighty Tiger Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets aggregate decentralized trader beliefs without a built-in spread. This market's odds represent consensus from participants risking real capital, which can sometimes lead to sharper or more reactive pricing than conventional bookmakers. Comparing the two reveals where public perception and professional oddsmakers align or diverge on the likely outcome.
On Polymarket, traders set prices through an automated market maker mechanism, where buying or selling shares directly moves the odds. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price reflects the aggregate willingness of all participants to transact at that level, with each trade updating the probability in real time. Liquidity depth determines how much price movement occurs per unit of volume, and wider spreads typically indicate lower confidence or thinner participation. This continuous repricing ensures the market remains responsive to breaking news and shifting expectations about the match.
This market resolves around Jun 30, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution hinges on the final result of the match as officially recorded by the KPL Growth League. Once the event concludes and the winner is established through authoritative sources, the market settles accordingly. Traders holding the correct outcome receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless.
Key catalysts include roster announcements, recent team performance metrics, and player injury or availability updates. Scrimmage results or practice footage shared by either organization can shift trader sentiment significantly. Meta shifts in the game itself—balance patches or map changes—may alter strategic matchup dynamics. Media coverage, expert analysis, and community sentiment on social platforms also influence trader positioning. As the match date approaches, any official statements or pre-game interviews from team leadership could trigger notable repricing in this market.
