This market refers to the Honor of Kings match between Mighty Tiger Gaming and Qing Jiu Club in the KPL Growth League Group Stage, initially scheduled for July 5 at 1:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Mighty Tiger Gaming" if Mighty Tiger Gaming win the match against Qing Jiu Club. This market will resolve to "Qing Jiu Club" if Qing Jiu Club win the match against Mighty Tiger Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different mechanisms. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and manage risk, while prediction markets are driven by trader consensus and real-time supply and demand. This market aggregates the beliefs of many independent participants, which can sometimes surface insights before traditional oddsmakers adjust. Comparing the two can reveal where public perception differs from professional bookmaking, though both are valid indicators of perceived likelihood.
This market resolves around Jul 5, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be determined by the final series result, with the winning team confirmed through official KPL records and match documentation. Resolution occurs after all games in the best-of-five are completed and the victor is formally announced, ensuring accuracy before any payouts are processed.
Key catalysts include roster announcements, player injuries, recent tournament performance, and team form leading up to the match. Scrimmage results or practice footage shared by either squad can shift trader sentiment. Meta shifts in the game itself—balance patches or item changes—may also influence expectations about which team's playstyle will prevail. Media analysis, expert predictions, and betting patterns on other platforms can amplify price movements as the event date approaches.
