This market refers to the Honor of Kings match between Koala Game and UU Gamers in the KPL Growth League Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 29 at 1:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Koala Game" if Koala Game win the match against UU Gamers. This market will resolve to "UU Gamers" if UU Gamers win the match against Koala Game. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets aggregate real-time beliefs from traders risking capital on outcomes. For esports events like this one, prediction markets may respond faster to roster changes, scrim results, or team momentum shifts that sportsbooks have not yet priced in. Comparing the two can reveal where the broader betting public disagrees with prediction market participants, though both sources provide valuable signals about perceived match likelihood.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that allows traders to buy and sell shares in each outcome at continuously updated prices. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Prices reflect the collective belief of all traders; as more capital flows into a particular outcome, its price rises and its implied probability increases. The top outcome currently reflects strong conviction among participants. Traders can enter or exit positions at any time before the market closes, and the price discovery process ensures that new information—team announcements, injury reports, or recent performance data—gets incorporated into odds almost instantaneously.
This market resolves around Jun 29, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources covering the KPL Growth League. The outcome is determined by the actual performance of both teams during the series, with each contract settling based on which team wins the specified game or the overall matchup. Traders should monitor official league announcements and broadcast coverage to track progress toward resolution. Once the event is complete and confirmed, the market will settle automatically, and winnings will be credited to holders of the correct outcome shares.
Several catalysts could shift odds before this market closes. Team roster announcements, player substitutions, or unexpected lineup changes can significantly alter perceived matchup balance. Recent scrim results or performance in prior league matches often influence trader sentiment, as do injury reports or player availability updates. Meta shifts in the Honor of Kings competitive environment—balance patches or champion changes—may also impact strategy and team strengths. Media coverage, expert analysis, and community discussion around team form or historical head-to-head records can drive trading activity. Real-time momentum during the series itself will likely trigger sharp price movements as outcomes become clearer.
