This market refers to the Honor of Kings match between JD Gaming and Weibo Gaming in the King Pro League Stage 2 Group S, initially scheduled for July 25 at 2:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "JD Gaming" if JD Gaming win the match against Weibo Gaming. This market will resolve to "Weibo Gaming" if Weibo Gaming win the match against JD Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and extract margin, while prediction markets aggregate trader beliefs through continuous price discovery. On this market, odds may lead or lag sportsbook lines depending on which venue processes new information faster. Traders often compare the two to identify mispricings, though prediction markets tend to converge toward consensus as the event date approaches and uncertainty narrows.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader orders into real-time odds. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Prices reflect the cumulative belief of all active traders; as more capital flows toward one outcome, its odds shift upward while alternatives decline. The mechanism ensures continuous liquidity and transparent price discovery. Traders can enter or exit positions at any time before resolution, and the final price just before the event often represents the crowd's most refined forecast.
This market resolves around Jul 25, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by the final score and winner of the Honor of Kings competition between the two teams. Resolution typically occurs within hours of the event's completion, allowing traders to settle positions promptly. Participants should monitor official league announcements and match broadcasts to track progress toward resolution.
Key catalysts include roster changes, player injuries, or last-minute substitutions announced before the match begins. Team performance in preceding King Pro League matches, recent patch updates to the game, and coaching adjustments can shift trader expectations. Media coverage highlighting form trends or head-to-head records may influence sentiment. Odds typically tighten as the event approaches and uncertainty decreases. Live match developments—early kills, objective control, or momentum swings—can also trigger repricing if traders update their forecasts during play.
