This market refers to the Honor of Kings match between Hero JiuJing and TOP Esports Armor in the King Pro League Stage 2 Group A, initially scheduled for July 17 at 2:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Hero JiuJing" if Hero JiuJing win the match against TOP Esports Armor. This market will resolve to "TOP Esports Armor" if TOP Esports Armor win the match against Hero JiuJing. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one aggregate trader beliefs through continuous price discovery. Traders here have direct financial exposure to accuracy, which can surface information faster than traditional oddsmakers. Comparing this market's odds to major sportsbooks can reveal where consensus differs, though prediction markets typically show tighter spreads when liquidity is high and participants are well-informed about esports outcomes.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing each outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the collective probability assigned by all active traders; as more capital flows into one outcome, its price rises and the opposing outcome's price falls. This continuous repricing ensures the market stays responsive to new information. You can enter or exit positions at any time during the trading window, with the current price determined by the depth of buy and sell orders in the pool.
This market resolves around Jul 17, 2026, once the King Pro League Stage 2 Group A match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will reflect which team wins the best-of-five series. Resolution occurs after the final game is played and official league records confirm the winner. Traders should monitor the event schedule and any official announcements from the league to stay informed of timing changes or postponements that could affect when this market settles.
Several factors can shift odds significantly before the match. Roster changes, player injuries, or substitutions announced by either team will likely trigger repricing as traders reassess competitive balance. Recent tournament results and head-to-head records between JiuJing and TOP Esports often influence sentiment. Patch updates to the Honor of Kings game itself can alter meta-game strategy and team preparation timelines. Community commentary from analysts and team statements about preparation also move the market. As the match date approaches, any delays or schedule confirmations will create volatility, and trading volume typically spikes in the final hours before the series begins.
