This market refers to the Honor of Kings Round 3 match between GAM Esports and Hong Kong Attitude in the Arena of Valor Premier League Swiss Stage, initially scheduled for June 25 at 9:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "GAM Esports" if GAM Esports win the match against Hong Kong Attitude. This market will resolve to "Hong Kong Attitude" if Hong Kong Attitude win the match against GAM Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price events differently because they operate under distinct mechanisms. Sportsbooks set odds to balance their book and manage risk, while prediction markets derive prices from live trader consensus. This market reflects what thousands of participants believe will happen, often incorporating real-time information faster than sportsbooks adjust their lines. However, sportsbook odds may include sharper professional input and tighter margins. Comparing the two can reveal where public sentiment diverges from professional oddsmakers, offering insight into market expectations for this esports matchup.
On Polymarket, traders set prices through an automated market maker that converts buy and sell orders into real-time probabilities. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price reflects the aggregate belief of all participants trading this market. As new information emerges—team roster updates, recent performance, or injury news—traders adjust their positions, moving the price up or down. Higher prices indicate stronger conviction that one outcome will occur. Liquidity and trading volume influence how easily prices move, so markets with deeper participation tend to be more stable and harder to shift with single large trades.
This market resolves around Jun 25, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be confirmed based on which team wins the best-of-five series in the Arena of Valor Premier League Swiss Stage. Resolution depends on the official match result being finalized and made public by the esports league or tournament organizers. Traders should monitor official league announcements and credible esports news sources leading up to and following the event to understand when final confirmation will occur.
Several factors could shift odds before the match concludes. Team roster changes, player substitutions, or unexpected roster announcements may alter perceived strength. Recent tournament performance, head-to-head records, and momentum from prior matches in the Swiss Stage influence trader sentiment. In-game developments—early map wins, strategic shifts, or standout individual performances—can trigger rapid repricing as the series unfolds. External events like server issues or technical delays might also prompt market adjustments. Traders typically watch professional esports commentary, team social media, and league updates for signals that could affect the outcome.
