If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different pricing mechanisms. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and profit margins, while prediction markets are driven by trader consensus and real-money incentives. This market aggregates the collective belief of participants willing to stake capital on their forecasts. Sportsbook odds may incorporate sharper professional input or faster-moving information, whereas prediction markets can lag or lead depending on trader awareness and liquidity. Comparing the two reveals whether the crowd's assessment aligns with professional oddsmakers' views.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling shares tied to each outcome, with the share price reflecting the implied probability of that result. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The top outcome currently reflects strong conviction among participants, though prices shift continuously as new information emerges and traders adjust positions. Liquidity pools and order books determine how easily you can enter or exit a position at any given price. Wider spreads indicate lower liquidity, while tighter spreads suggest active trading and consensus pricing around that outcome.
This market resolves around Jul 2, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the final score and winner of the best-of-five series between the two teams. Resolution hinges on official confirmation from the league or event organizers, ensuring accuracy before payouts are distributed. Traders should monitor the event schedule and any official announcements to anticipate the exact resolution window.
Team roster changes, player injuries, or roster substitutions announced before the match could shift trader sentiment significantly. Recent performance data, head-to-head records, and meta-game shifts in Honor of Kings strategy may influence how participants price each outcome. Pre-match commentary from analysts and community discussions can spark repricing as new information surfaces. Live match developments—such as early game momentum, map bans, or unexpected tactical adjustments—will likely trigger sharp price movements as traders react in real time. Betting volume spikes often accompany major announcements or as the event approaches.
