This market refers to the Honor of Kings Upper bracket final match between Bacon Time and Deep Cross Gaming in the Arena of Valor Premier League Playoffs, initially scheduled for July 12 at 6:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Bacon Time" if Bacon Time win the match against Deep Cross Gaming. This market will resolve to "Deep Cross Gaming" if Deep Cross Gaming win the match against Bacon Time. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and manage risk, while prediction markets aggregate the beliefs of traders who have real money at stake. This market may show odds that differ meaningfully from major sportsbooks, especially as new information emerges or as the event approaches. Comparing the two can reveal where the crowd on Polymarket sees value relative to conventional betting venues.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that adjusts odds continuously based on trader activity and order flow. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price you see reflects the cumulative bets placed by all participants; as more traders buy or sell shares, the probability shifts in real time. This mechanism ensures transparent, friction-free pricing without a traditional bookmaker setting the line. You can enter or exit your position at any time before the market closes, with the price updating instantly to reflect supply and demand.
This market resolves around Jul 12, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will reflect the actual winner of the series as reported by official Arena of Valor Premier League channels and widely recognized esports media. Until that point, traders can continue to buy and sell shares as new information and match developments emerge. Resolution is final once confirmed, and all positions settle according to the actual result.
Key catalysts include roster changes, recent team performance in qualifying rounds, player injuries or roster substitutions, and any official announcements about format or scheduling. Pre-match analysis from esports commentators and community sentiment on social media can also shift trader positioning significantly. Live match developments—such as early game momentum, map bans, or unexpected strategies—will likely trigger sharp price movements as the event unfolds. Monitor official Arena of Valor Premier League updates and team announcements to stay ahead of market repricing.
