PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue: Fundamental market structure mismatch between binary resolution (Kalshi) and multi-outcome resolution (Polymarket)Hero tip: Traders should verify which market they're trading on and understand the completely different resolution mechanics. Kalshi traders get a simple yes/no outcome while Polymarket traders need to track specific team wins, cancellations, or ties.

Critical divergence points:

  • Kalshi: Resolves to Yes if either team wins the game originally scheduled for Aug 7, 2026 at 5:00 AM EDT
  • Polymarket: Resolves to Hanshin Tigers if they win, Chunichi Dragons if they win, remains open if postponed, and resolves 50-50 if canceled entirely or ends in a tie
Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.
