Prediction market odds often reflect a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks typically incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, ensuring a profit margin. This market, however, is driven purely by the collective wisdom of traders, theoretically resulting in more accurate probabilities, though market demand can also influence pricing. It's common to see discrepancies between the two, especially early on, as prediction markets can quickly adjust to new information and differing opinions about the likely winner of the Kang vs Santillan match.
This market resolves around Sep 29, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of the Kaigaoge Kang versus Akira Santillan match in the Hangzhou Open Qualification round. The platform will verify the result against established sports data sources to determine the winning outcome. Traders will be able to claim their winnings based on the final, officially reported result of the match. This ensures a transparent and reliable settlement process for this market.
